You can design and customize your car, become a racing legend, play awesome mini games, or just make new friends!

There are plenty of things to do in the World of Cars Online by yourself, but there are extra bonuses and rewards for cooperating or even competing with your friends!

If you're logged into the game, click on the players name and select "Report Player". If you're not in-game, please use the General Questions form and make sure to include the player's name and what they were doing. Don't worry, we'll never tell a Car who reported them, it's strictly confidential!

The World of Cars Online is free to play, but becoming a Member means access to exclusive gear, games, races, and events for you and your friends!

The World of Cars Online accepts credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments. If there is an additional payment method you would like to suggest, please contact us using the Billing and Membership form.

Memberships will be activated as soon as payment is received. This will depend on the method of payment you choose.

To renew your Membership, simply go to the Membership page, and choose the Membership package of your choice. As long as you use the same Username and Password when renewing, your Membership will pick up right from where it left off.

Note: If you currently have an active monthly recurring Membership, you will not be allowed to renew your Membership. You must first cancel your recurring billing and then renew your Membership.

To cancel your Membership please go to the Account Manager page and login, then click on "Cancel".

World of Cars Online Memberships are non-refundable.

If you cancel your Membership, the Car's belongings will go into storage and will be automatically retrieved when you renew.

A membership card is a special card that is available for purchase and can be redeemed for one month of Membership on WorldofCars.com.

Membership Cards are sold at Toys "R" Us stores in the USA only. Availability may vary by store location, and we recommend contacting your local Toys "R" Us store to see if the membership cards are in stock.

To redeem your Membership Card, go to the game card page and follow the instructions.

If you need help with redeeming your Membership Card, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1(888) Kachoww (522-4699), Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time.

Yes, you may use more than one Membership Card per account; however, you must visit the card redemption page and enter each card number separately. For Membership Cards, the 31 days of Membership can be used to add days to an existing account.

You may use Membership Card on paid accounts; however, there are not additional benefits of Membership Card Membership that paid Members do not already enjoy.

Yes! Currently, they are available at Target and Toys "R" Us in the USA only; but Membership Cards can be redeemed for any account.

Creating your Car starts when you click the big button marked "Play". You'll be asked to register in order to save your Car and start playing, but once you do, you'll have access to the World of Cars Online and the rewards that come with it!

Right now you can only name your Car using the Name Selector. We spent a lot of time coming up with the gear-tastic names that are in there, but if there is another one you wish you could choose, please let us know! Send in your name suggestions using the Comments form, and maybe one day your Car name will appear in the Name Selector.

Once you're in the world, the easiest way to explore is to use the mouse, but you can use the arrow keys too.

Race Codes can be found on the back of tickets inside specially-marked Car-branded toys from Mattel. These codes can be used to unlock special items for your Car.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you credit for Cars you bought that were released before we started doing Race Codes or provide you with the code the newer version of the Car would have. Please be sure to check the packaging carefully when buying new Cars to make sure they include an online code!

You can play on a PC or a Mac!

For PC you need: Windows 7, Windows Vista, XP or 2000. You need the latest version of Adobe Flash (10 or higher); a Pentium 4 2GHz, or faster processor; 512 MB of RAM; 350KB/s or faster Internet Connection.

You bet! World of Cars Online will run under Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Your MAC needs to have: OS X Tiger (10.4.6); The latest version of Adobe Flash (10 or higher); a PowerPC G4 or newer; 256 MB of RAM; 350KB/s or faster Internet Connection.

If you are noticing issues while playing the World of Cars, it could be for one of many reasons. Please double check that your computer meets our system requirements to play this game. If you are still experiencing issues, you can Report a Bug.

1. This might be a problem on the World of Car's end, not yours. The server might be offline so that we can update or work on the Web site. If you can get the World of Cars Online Community section, click on "Crews News Blog". You can find important news there about what's happening on the site.

2. Check to make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Your Flash Player is the part of your computer that lets you play the World of Cars Online. You might need to install the newest version. The best way to do that is to go to the Flash Player Download Center.

3. Your computer might have a firewall built into it. Programs such as Windows XP, Vista, and Mac OS X have a firewall that might prevent you from logging on to World of Cars Online. Talk to a parent about how to change the settings on your firewall.

This could be a problem with the servers that run the game. The World of Cars Online needs regular maintenance and updates. We try to schedule these when the fewest Cars are online - usually late at night on the weekends. Cars that are online will always be notified that these short, but necessary, shutdowns are coming. Occasionally our servers get the hiccups, which can cause them to unexpectedly shutdown. We do our best to keep that from happening and try to fix any problems faster than you can cross the finish line. Thank you for your patience!

A Broadband Internet connection is recommended but not required. The faster your connection, the better the game will operate.

You bet! However wireless Internet connections can be slower than an Ethernet or Modem connection, so if you start to experience the game running slow or lagging we recommend switching to one of these other methods.
